協會簡介

「桃園市小農手匠發展協會」以無毒農業、友善土地為核心價值，整合區域農家，致力於推廣永續農業，讓傳統手作技術得以傳承。透過品牌來支持友善農作與食農教育，藉由擴大社會影響力吸引青年返鄉服務傳承、結合國外志工跨入思維激盪，為這塊土地與環境做出貢獻。

We aim for participants to enjoy a balance of body, and mind by working and learning about sustainable farming and building. Each volunteer’s well-being will hopefully be made aware in our designed courses which are based on the characteristics of local agricultural and cultural resources of each community.

In order to encourage more farmers to invest in organic or eco-friendly farming, we assist selected farmers by integrating sales and marketing resources for them. Establishing and representing the selected products with just one brand and pushing products to market by expanding online and offline sales channels.

Being an agricultural volunteer can not only provide dopamine by helping others, but also get a balance of body and mind by getting close to the soil and farming. Many books and scientific researches have confirmed that nature is the best doctor. "
